   Answering your question, first its not jailbreaking your xbox its modding it, this is what will happen you mod your xbox:
   
   

   • High risk getting banned, which happened to me last year , but you can still play online but while doing so dont be shocked when you get the banhammer, to try and be on the safe side mod your xbox with the latest firmware (LiteOn) [/*]
   • Yup theres is no risk to the xbox itself when modding it (99%)[/*]
